CHICKEN SALAD

CHICKEN SALAD WILD FIRE

Cooking time: 120-150 minutes
4-6 Persons or more!

Here’s the twist on a family favorite country style chicken salad with a little heat.

The items:
2-3 kg whole chicken or similar
5 tbsp. SPICE BLEND OF THE AMERICAS
2 chopped tomatoes
Salads of choice
2 Chopped avocados
1 can black beans (optional)
60 gr corn
60 gr of "get creative / use left-overs" such as spring onions, onions, pine nuts, mango, orange slices...

The dressing:
250 ml sour cream or similar
25-50 ml Mayonnaise (optional)
100 ml JALAPEÑO / MANGO HABANERO HOT SAUCE

The action:
Preheat oven to 180°
Season chicken with SPICE BLEND OF THE AMERICAS and place in a large baking pan
cover with aluminum and place in oven
cook for 2 - 2 ½ hours / 75 C internal temp
Let chicken cool a little before serving

mix as much JALAPEÑO / MANGO HABANERO HOT SAUCE as you like with sour cream, mayo or similar and set in fridge till ready to serve.

The servings:
This salad can be a main or a side for any dish if you skip the chicken.

The Hot tip:
It's such a fresh and simple salad, you can add anything! Get creative with stale bread, nuts, fruits, veggies, cheeses...
